I’ve posted pictures from my trip to photograph polar bears

These bears are amazing. Any reason that they are so cooperative with the Buggy and photographers? They are the greatest posers I’ve seen without a runway or skateboard nearby.

Russ – I think they are innately curious creatures and, being the apex predator in that environment, they have nothing putting the brakes on satisfying that curiosity. Then again, maybe they just have a hunch that we humans look like a tasty snack and think that someday they’ll get lucky…
