2009 Mongolia Itinerary

Here is the itinerary for my 2009 Mongolia trip:

  • July 6 – Fly from Boston
  • July 8 – 9 – Ulaan Baatar (capital city)
  • July 10 – 11 – Fly to Ulgii and stay at Eagle Ger Camp
  • July 12 – July 21 – Horse Trek in Altai Tavn Bogd National Park (Western Mongolia)
  • July 22 – Back to the Eagle Ger Camp near Ulgii
  • July 23 – Fly back to Ulaan Baatar
  • July 24 – 25 – Ulaan Baatar
  • July 26 – Fly to Ger Camp near Lake Khovsgol
  • July 29 – Fly back to Ulaan Baatar
  • July 30 – Ulaan Baatar
  • July 31 – Fly home to Boston (arrive the 31st also due to gaining a day coming east)
